Now hiring seasonal help:  Part time seasonal Property Management work assisting us with inspections, cleaning, signage, flyers, move-outs, move-ins, etc.  Limited hours Mon-Sun as needed on independent contractor basis (not an employee) on and around UT campus area.

Typical duties include:

– Walk properties and note maintenance issues with pictures
– Perform inspections and discuss issues with Guests
– Prep and clean units (or help the cleaners)
– Estimate work order requests to determine which vendor to call
– Make minor repairs as filters, bulbs, keys, resets
– Meet guests for Visits, CheckOuts and CheckIns
– Maintain small Knoxville office (PC, supplies, key log, key boxes, work orders, timesheets)
– Post signage in Fort and other neighborhoods
– Post flyers on campus in dorms, buildings and bulletin boards (and maintain them thru Spring)

Marketing, advertising, social media and website work may be available on a limited basis if you have previous experience and enjoy posting to Facebook, working with blogs, updating websites, etc.

Car and smartphone needed for travel, communications and to view data online.  Tablet or laptop computer helpful to access online guest, vendor and accounting information.
