- How do I submit a maintenance request?
- We offer a 24/7 online maintenance portal. Emergency requests, like heat, plumbing, or electrical issues, are prioritized and handled promptly.

- Yes, many of our rentals are pet-friendly. Listings will specify if pets are allowed and whether any breed or weight restrictions apply.
- Is renter’s insurance required?
- Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all tenants. It protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage.
- Can I tour a rental before applying?
- No. Go to you the property you would like to tour and hit the "Contact Us" link. Please be sure to fill out that form in it's entirety. One of our team members will reach back out to you to schedule a tour.
- When should I start looking for housing near UTK?

- Do you help with finding roommates?
- No, we do not offer roommate-matching services. Most tenants apply as a group, or use UTK housing forums and social platforms to connect with potential roommates.
- How do I apply for a rental near UTK?
