We contact prospects to Qualify (ensure good fit), Show (meet in person on-site) and Lease (via online form with electronic signature).  Can also Screen with full credit & rental background check upon request at no extra charge (although students rarely have credit history in their name).

Success Fee is One Month's Rent for a new lease at lease signing (no upfront fee, no fee if we are not successful). Full property management services after your property is leased are also available for a monthly fee (please see Marketing and Services).
